I really don't get how the premieres at the Hammer museum prove anything in regard to Charmie. I mean it's nice but it doesn't say anything about the current state of their relationship. Did Pauline decide where the premiere of her show was gonna happen ? Of course not, she's just a member of the cast, she would've come there even if Armie and Timmy hated each other. But it's true Cudi probably had a say in the decision but it was certainly planned long in advance, so things between A&T could've changed since then.

Unless you are either Timmy or Armie, you know just as much as I do about the true nature and status of their connection to each other at this moment in time, and there’s an equal probability that your opinion about them is as wrong as you think mine might be.

It’s the optics of seeing Pauline Chalamet at The Hammer Museum for a milestone event in her young career that’s most significant to me, more so than the technicalities and machinations of getting her there in the first place. I think we are getting lost in the weeds with this debate, imho.

You can pretend that the optics don’t matter, but if that’s truly the case, then why are you wasting your time in my inbox arguing your case against something so inconsequential?

You are free to think whatever you wish about Charmie, I won’t try to convince you otherwise if we disagree, because it’s immaterial to either of us in the real world, if we’re being honest.

But I am curious about why it’s so important for you to plant these seeds of doubt about Charmie.

It's not Pauline or kid Cudi that chose to do the premiere at Hammer Museum but Amazon and HBO why is so difficult to understand it? Pauline especially can't decide anything about those things

Be that as it may, and I don’t know if that’s a fact, Pauline still showed up, happily, with Timmy there in spirit, on a calendar on the coffee table, in the messy frat party photo op set up. There was no sense of needing to distance either Chalamet from the Hammer name at this event. THAT is the point.

Studio execs dropped Armie Hammer like a hot potato less than a year ago at the mere hint of scandal, but now major entertainment industry players like Amazon and HBO have no qualms about hosting their premieres at The Hammer Museum, which imho marks a turning point in the industry’s perceptions about Armie Hammer and the Hammer name, in spite of attempts to destroy the Hammer name and reputation earlier this year.

Why is that so difficult to understand?
